Cook tagliatelle according to packet instructions.
Gently fry sliced smoked pancetta until crispy add sliced a squid add black garlic sauce cook for a few minutes until pasta cooked.
Add pasta and a ladle full of cooking water stir to coat pancetta and squid
Serve immediately on warmed plates.
Empty the contents of the sauce pot into the frying pan with a small amount of oil and heat till really hot, keep it moving to release the spices.
Add the chicken and fry off.
